The necklace I received is stunning! First thing | did is took it to my jeweler. He was quite surprised that the "diamond" looked real even under magnifying glass so did the earrings (you get them as a bonus with any purchase). I was very curious about jewelry from Aureline and all the hype. Well am very pleased and definitely ordering more pieces in the future.

My jewelry arrived damaged. After nearly a month of back and forth emails, requesting numerous pics and videos, they didn’t offer any resolution. Only told me to try and fix the item myself. Do not order from them they will not help you! Not worth the high price. Also misleading ads- they are not selling lab grown diamonds, just nonspecific “lab grown” stones.

I honestly didn't expect much for the price, but it turned out a great purchase. It sparkles just as my natural diamond ring.

The ring is beautiful and my wife loves it. However, I took her size from her wedding band that she no longer wears (it's a 5.5) and unknown to me she is now a size 6.5.

Hugo in your customer service department has been working with me to get a return started so I can get a new ring order placed. So far the service has been outstanding.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Auréline Paris to think twice before ordering. I spent hundreds of dollars expecting premium-quality jewelry based on how the pieces are presented online, and what arrived looked completely different from what I expected. The stones were extremely rainbow-like, overly shiny, and looked much more like costume jewelry than luxury jewelry. For the price, I was genuinely shocked by the appearance.

The bigger issue is the return policy. You choose your size, stone, metal, etc. directly from the website like you would with any normal jewelry purchase, yet Auréline considers these pieces “custom made” and uses that to deny returns or exchanges. Nothing I ordered was engraved, personally designed, or uniquely created for me.

I contacted the company and tried to resolve the situation, and they still refused to make an exception. Please read every word of their return policy before purchasing because you may discover after spending hundreds of dollars that you are stuck with the jewelry whether you like it or not.

A luxury brand should make customers feel confident spending their money, not trapped after the purchase. Between the disappointing quality and the extremely restrictive return policy, I would never purchase from Auréline again and cannot recommend them.

I reached out via email well within the return window to request a refund.
It has been 7 days and I have received absolutely no response.

They are completely ignoring my emails, seemingly trying to run out the clock on my return period.

If someone from customer service does not contact me with a return shipping address and instructions within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to file a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank for CONSUMSR FRAUD..

AVOID THIS COMPANY if you expect any kind of customer support!
