My identity was stolen by hackers and they got A LOT of private information. Aura is a one stop shop to secure your information. They provide apps to help secure your information (passwords, VPN, virus) and they pursue removing your information from data brokers which you'd be amazed how many places may have your info. They do all the work, every once and awhile you'll get emails from brokers to confirm your email. Aura website provides reminders of things that need to be done to secure your information.
There's more, all this plus my spouse gets the same benefits and all this for one reasonable annual price .

Best tech ever!!
I spoke with Julian about an on going issue and mind you I’m no computer guru, but Julian took his time and was very patient in walking me through the fix while explaining to me why it happened and how to help prevent the issue to occur again.Not only did he fix my issue ,he taught me how to fix it myself,as it was a somewhat simple fix by most tech’s standards, but not for me.He made sure to tell me if I ever ran into the issue again to be sure to contact Aura and they would be more than helpful to help me again.This kind of employee separates Aura from all the rest of the competition and I am forever grateful to the commitment of Julian and Aura.

We were setting up an account today with Aura and found some of the questions and directions somewhat unclear. We readily allow that we are technologically not the most savvy people in trying to set up some data and manage a two part account. We had several questions which we posed to Monica of their tech-support line. Monica was incredibly helpful and incredibly patient in fact when we felt we had the information that we had called about she asked if it would be all right to show us a couple more things which in her experience have been at times a challenge. We were trying to be considerate of her time and she was much more interested in our getting an answer to all of our questions. She was clear and she was gracious, and we felt extremely well supported in our contact with her. We are, and will be, big supporters of this service.

Very frustrating experience with Aura
Aura has been an extremely frustrating company to deal with. I accidentally signed up for what I understood to be a free plan, and the subscription then continued into an annual plan costing around $200.
I’m based outside the U.S. and have been trying to get a refund. The biggest issue is that Aura requires me to make a phone call to request the refund. Since I’m calling from abroad, this could cost me around $3 per minute with my phone provider.
It honestly makes no sense to require an international customer to make an expensive phone call just to request a refund. I’ve contacted Aura asking them to make an exception and handle the refund through email, but I’m still trying to get this resolved.
I hope Aura will reconsider this policy and provide a reasonable way for international customers to request refunds without having to pay additional international calling fees.

Destiny is an excellent employee
Destiny was kind , knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to talk with and be helped by. She resolved all my issues. I am 71 years young and she greatly decreased the time it would have taken me to set up my account. She was patient and informative.
