Just wow. I wanted a pair of expensive headphones (T+A Solitaire Pro T) that don’t have a dealer in Japan. Reached out to Auditorium and was impressed by their quick and attentive replies to my questions. Felt safe and confident ordering through them.
The headphones came two weeks earlier than expected. The shipping box the product maker put the headphones in would have been enough. But no, Auditorium packed that box in a bigger box with incredible packing material. They wanted to make sure the item was 100% safe and, honestly, if the plane had crashed I think my order would have survived. Amazing attention to detail and care. Bonus: my cat has been playing in the box with the packing material for the last few days. So thanks for the free cat gift.
I am so impressed by Auditorium I will order all my high-end audio gear through them. If you’re living overseas, these are the people to trust with your order.

Large chip top edge of speaker and no front grills !!!
Although the ad said some structural wear it did not mention a 2cm wide chip in the top edge of the speaker. Also Auditorium failed to mention that both front grills were missing. To replace these will cost me €220 through one of their dealers. When I questioned this my reply was that the bungs for the rear bass ports were mentioned ! I think this is very unprofessional and I am tempted to take legal action.

Simply amazing
Writing this review in English unfortunately for I really am not able to speak a single sentence in German language. Anyway I’ve ordered a wooden plinth for my Technics SL1200g turntable. The price was even little cheaper than other sites were offering, so that I considered my order like a sort of gambling. What I was not expecting was the lat not only the object was fulfilling all my rosiest expectations but was carefully boxed and delivered at my door 4 days before the expected time.
Was not my first experience shopping on the site, but this time have to admit… I was literally flabbergasted.
Will return shopping here (audiophilia is a very bad habit…) without flinching an eye.
Needless to say the site is highly ( I meaning “Everest high”…) recommended
