Regarding the shipping origin: while our platform caters locally to regional branches, our main European fulfillment hub is centralized in Poland. We sincerely apologize for the experience with the UPS delivery team. Rerouting a package to a collection center instead of completing the promised home delivery directly contradicts our service agreement with them.
