The handles broke after one year of using the chair. They just snapped in half. Also the fan vibration and whole electricity thing is not working already.

Otherwise chair is comfortable..

The chair is built very well. I love the lumbar support and being able to adjust it. The armrest do move easily but it doesn’t bother me because it makes it easy to adjust. The cooling, heating and massage feature is a game changer. The one thing I didn’t realize is the charger for that item doesn’t come with it. It does come with the roller ball massage chair. So be prepared for that. The seat is hard but I’m hoping that’s because it’s new. Overall great chair, and well built. Installation was about a hour, and fast delivery

I received the chair a few weeks ago. Upon arrival, I noticed that the right armrest had been damaged during delivery. After contacting support, I received a replacement part almost immediately and without any hassle. All in all—even though the chair squeaks a little—I am very satisfied with both the chair and the support team.

I really like the products they make, I like how a warranty which I had completely forgotten about got brought up when I was ready to pay for a new part for my chair and I really appreciate how polite and professional their customer support team was towards me and how fast my delivery was

Bought a FullAuto Ultra chair. It is good quality, very adjustable. It's best if you spend a bit of time getting all of the ergonomic adjustments right for you. The extra features of heating, cooling, and vibration are very nice. I had a manufacturing defect a few months after my initial purchase. The company sent a brand new replacement seat at no cost to me. Their customer service department was very responsive and even checked in to make sure the new seat was working. I would definitely buy from them again.

Bought Autofull M6 Ultra 2.0 chair and am very satisfied with it. Assembling it was easy and its very comfortable. All the add-ons like cooling and massage works properly. Would recommend to others.

The ventilation is weak

That's what I liked about the M6 "Advanced". The new one just makes a lot of noise with almost no ventilation

I treated myself to the AutoFull M6.

And everything worked perfectly at first. Unfortunately, the electronics failed. Neither the massage nor the heating or cooling functions worked anymore.

When I contacted support and clarified a few things, they told me it would take 70 days to manufacture the replacement parts.

Well, that's quite a long time, but as a engineer myself, I understand that some manufacturing processes take that long, especially when they already have other products in production.

So, after 70 days, I contacted them again for a quick update.
Well, they said it wasn't possible to manufacture the replacement part; apparently, older versions are no longer being made, and since the chair is an older version, it's probably no longer in production… Well, I think they could have known that earlier. But whatever, because the alternative offer was more than generous.

They offered me a base for the AutoFull M6 2.0 from their display models. It would be sent to me, is compatible with the other parts, and I could use it.

I gladly accepted this offer, and what I found absolutely amazing was the delivery time. I woke up to an email saying they had shipped the replacement part. I was thrilled and expected it within the next few days… Well, it arrived that same afternoon!

I've never experienced such fast delivery from any company before.

I installed the replacement part in the chair, and everything works perfectly.

I had my chair for over a year now, came fast, hassle free. Recently the heating, cooling, massage stopped working and ive contacted support as I still have warranty. Roxie replied same day asked for some troubleshooting videos which I've sent. We reached the conclusion that something is wrong with the cushion and they sent me a brand new one the following week. I for one had a great experience with their support team namely Roxie. Thanks again for your help.

Prompt customer support, the chair doesn't have the massage as I thought that was overkill. Functionality wise its perfect everything I need.

The delivery was earlier than expected and the chair feels well made so far.(1 month in use). All the features work very nicely. Also had a chat with a very nice and helpful support. :)

I was very happy with the chair at first. However, I recently noticed that the seat cooling was barely noticeable, so I decided to test it more closely.

It quickly became apparent that no air was coming through the seat, which indicated that the ventilation system was defective. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly and professionally, offering me a solution without any hassle.

Overall, the chair is very comfortable and feels well-built, which is exactly what I expect at this price point. The only reasons I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars are the small issue with the seat ventilation and the rather long delivery time. Aside from that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would still recommend the chair.

We bought 2 gaming chairs, the Autofull M6 Ultra+ 2.0 and they did exceed our expectations a lot. They are very easy to put together and install everything. The quality is 10/10 and they are very comfy. Everything works smoothly and they even have a battery you can charge seperately so the chair doesnt need to be plugged in 24/7 with a cable which is a huge benefit to us. We hope it will stay long because we are really enjoying our game nights. The customer service is amazing they are really proactive when it comes to having a look where the delivery was and they replied so friendly and fast like nowhere else. We already recommanded this product to all our friends! Keep going

Fast delivery and the chair really fits Perfect for me. The best chair so far for me!

The Autofull chair, exceeding my expectations as I thought, another over priced gaming chair but I'll give it a try. I must say that I am happy that I got this chair as it fits the requirements that I was looking for. It is very comfortable and extremely adjustable to the positions where I feel comfort. I really like all of the features but I think the foot rest is my favorite. I use the chair for my work from home and for gaming and it's perfect for both!
