I like the bands themselves the quality of where it locks to the watch could use improvement but overall satisfactory shipping took way to long though would definitely recommend not using plastic

I ordered the Zoe watch band from Astra Straps, and it arrived in packaging marked as "hazmat shipping." Because I do not want to risk exposing myself to unknown chemicals, I immediately decided to return the item.
When I reached out to customer support, they completely refuse to help. They keep responding in circles about checking with their 'product team', deliberately dodging my requests and never offering a return authorization or a shipping label.
Save your money and buy elsewhere. The customer service is not helpful, and the product origins and packaging are highly concerning.

Astra straps is a dropship scam. Have the same straps from china for 2bucks. Which actually work better then the one I purchased from Astra straps. The band uses a clasp and it doesn't grip the band at all, comes loose in about a minute. Paid approx 10x for the same product with a cheap box. Its clearly a scam.

It shipped relatively quickly and was a quality product. I am happy with how the product looks and feels, especially when exercising.

I purchased a strap from Astra and it would pop off the watch and after two weeks I asked for a refund and they offered to send a replacement - no refund was offered. Before the replacement got to me, the original strap popped off and my watch fell on concrete and the screen broke, which means I can no longer use it to swim. I emailed Astra and asked if I could send the replacement strap (not received yet) back for a refund since I have to buy a new watch that won't fit the strap, and was told they only offer one resolution (refund or replacement) for each order. The replacement strap was considered "free" so I cannot get a refund for it. Their defective strap cost me $30 and I now have to buy a new watch for a few hundred bucks AND I can't trade in my broken watch, which would've provided a $100 credit on a new watch. They are literally costing me hundreds of dollars and won't even refund the cost of their defective product. Their response was "The free replacement is intended as an alternative for customers who wish to keep their original straps while still receiving a new set at no cost." They told me not to send the defective strap back and are now using it against me as if I can still use the original strap. I'm sure if the "free" replacement strap has the same issue as the first, it won't be replaced. None of this information was disclosed when offering the replacement. Very shady policies.

Ordered a watch band and shipping dragged on so long I had to buy a replacement elsewhere just to have something to wear. When I asked for an RMA before the package even arrived, support said they couldn't process a return until I received it. Once it arrived and I asked again, that's when the real runaround started: instead of a refund, I was offered a "replacement" for $10, then a 30% partial refund, then 50%, all while being told I could just keep the strap. Only after I pushed back hard and mentioned a chargeback did anyone admit their own stated policy allows a full refund — and even then they tried to knock $7 off as a "processing fee." Every reply felt like a copy-paste script designed to wear you down rather than honor their own return policy. If you order from Astra Straps, budget in extra weeks for shipping and be ready to fight for a refund you're already entitled to. You will never get a refund. All you ever get are varied canned responses.

Amazing customer service. Wanted to return a product they instead offered me keep it also sent a new one.

After 17 days after their shipping date I have still not received my order

Well priced. I just can't seem to find a comfortable notch setting.

I received my strap, took it out of the box, did not install it on the watch as I did not like the design. Wanted to return it for a refund. Multiple back and forth correspondence sent. They say you can keep the watch, but I told them I wanted to send it back and was willing to pay postage. They then said they would issue a refund (still not making me return the strap) but they would subtract a $7.00 postage fee. They advised this covers "The handling portion includes the time and labor involved in processing your order, carefully packaging the item to ensure it arrives safely, packing materials (such as boxes, protective wrap, tape, and labels), and the transaction fees associated with shipping services. These costs are incurred as soon as the order is prepared and shipped". What a joke - the item came in a bubble USPS envelope - no special care taken. They wouldn't return the original postage fee I paid either. My final credit was $15.90 out of the original $27.45 I paid. Never had this much trouble returning something I purchased and have never had money subtracted from the original purchase price for the B.S. reasons they gave. I will NEVER buy anything from this outfit ever again will not be recommending them to anyone either. Absolute joke of a company. They need to learn what true Customer Service is.

I am pleased with the quality of my Astra strap. It took a while to get my order, but all in all I had no complaints.

I got this band for my husband who does lots of dirty, sweaty work outside. He loves it because it doesn't make his wrist sweat and it is easily rinsed and dried after he finishes work. The band is sturdy and well made.

The strap is comfortable, waterproof and doesn't irritate my skin. The color displayed on the website is the actual color I got, true to tone.

Website was easy to navigate, I quickly found a strap to fit my particular watch, there were a variety of choices, and my band was delivered in a timely manner
