Support inquiries go completely unanswered, period. Have tried escalating several times, absolutely nothing. I frankly think they dont even have a dedicated support team.

My experience was how easy I was reached and the scope of my engagement was clear. Then the engagement held adequately. Finally, I have received a notification that my payment had been processed. I am grateful

Working with Arbolus was seamless from start to finish. The team is highly responsive, coordinates efficiently, and respects everyone's time. The setup made for a productive consultation, and the platform itself is clean and easy to navigate.

Interesting Concept
The learning is driven by customers' needs. This is good as it addresses real needs, but the built-up knowledge can be incomplete.

Also it is interesting how Arbolus is navigating IP issues. This may create a more extended definition of public knowledge.

They told me the hourly rate was £250. I took part in the project and they only paid me £150. I emailed to ask where the other £100 was and no one has replied?? Not happy

Reduced rate and still no payment after 30 days

My experience with Arbolus has been very disappointing. They negotiated my hourly rate down, even though I normally work at the same standard rate with all expert networks. I accepted the reduced rate on this occasion, but more than 30 days later, I am still waiting to be paid for the completed consultation.

This is far behind competitors such as GLG, AlphaSights and proSapient, which, in my experience, normally pay within a few days and rarely take more than a week.

Arbolus depends on attracting experts with the right industry knowledge and experience. Negotiating down an expert’s rate and then failing to pay promptly is hardly the way to build a strong and reliable expert network. Unless their payment process improves significantly, I have no interest in accepting further work through the platform.

Time wasted and meeting rescheduled last minute. Worst of all they do not pay you! I’m still waiting for payment! Special shout out to Laura for screening and not answering my chaser calls too!
