No news from my jeans and no news from Alienation
I ordered a pair of jeans from Alienation on May 5 (order 16522).
When the jeans didn’t arrive, I wrote to Alienation this week to let them know that I hadn’t received my order.
I asked for the order to be delivered as soon as possible or for a refund.
Since then, I haven’t heard anything from this company, which not only fails to fulfill online orders but also doesn’t respond to customers who ask about their orders.

I recently got 2 pair of jeans from this brand and they're AMAZING I HAVE NO WORDS. This brand needs more recognition, definitely, please keep making unique clothing because I want to keep buying from you (even tho it's kinda expensive but it's worth it) ✨️🤙 moreover the shipping time was super fast, I only had to wait 3 days for each pair. The only thing I would improve is PLEASE put the corresponding size charts for every pair of jeans 😭 it's really hard to tell based on how tall the models are. Other than that I have no complaints! Love Alienation 👽💚

7 days since I placed my order
7 days since I placed my order, and my order still hasn't been shipped. I contacted customer service who keeps telling me that shipping takes less than 24 hours.... even when I tell them it's ALREADY been more than 24 hours, currently more than 60 hours and still no news.. I will change my rating when I receive my products, but for a site that boasts about fast delivery I am rather disappointed for the moment
