High pressure, unauthorized charging for months

This company gave me a free trial, but had to have my credit card. I cancelled before the trial was up and advised that I did not want to proceed. I could easily get the tasks done using Claude for a fraction of the cost. They confirmed.

For five months now they have attempted to charge my credit card for the monthly rate. I have had to change my credit card number, I have contacted them every month and asked them to stop and I continue to be charged. If they cannot figure out how to stop charging your card, I’m not sure how they’re developing AI software. Honestly, do not give them your credit card number and run in the other direction.
