Disgraceful

It is absurd that these people think they can get away with doing what they do. They have a contract with the university where I work, meaning that to do my research I have to rely on these fools to deliver my books. They are always above the average price (e.g. cheaper with their competitors) and they always manage to deliver after an extremely long time. For my last order, it took two entire months to send s single book! Even when they have the book in their possession, they do not bother to expedite shipping, even though it is already extremely late. Customer service is useless and never apologetic. Truly a shameful company that is exploiting the university system in Norway.
