Agva kraft is the most unreliable and irresponsible customer service I every dealt with among all electricity providers. I applied for agva spot 12 to be established at end of the year 2025, and I got confirmation with these conditions. 2 weeks later in Oct and I get notification that they have moved me from my current electricity provider to them 2 months earlier than I have already chosen to cause me to have problems with the current electricity provider because of binding time, so I lost discount for 8 months because of them. Absolutely have no regards to what you write at the application for the agreement even if they acknowledge it and send you confirmation

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is horrible — this feels like a scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

It went pretty well with starting to use Agva Kraft services. They reacted very fast to my e-mail and fixed the problem the same day.

I spent hours on phone lines to organise a change of address over 3-4 phone calls. I have finally arranged it over the phone, and two days later, I get an email not only asking for all of the information I have already given but an email that could have been automated to come two weeks ago (when I called to announce the move). The level of incompetence in the organisation and interface of a company this size is super poor, I have to say.. it's at the level of a poorly run family-owned provincial cafe. Stop wasting people's time through your own incompetence.

I feel like I am cheated. I hope this is nothing more than just a mistake. Here's what happened. They changed my agreement for a different with an invoice 3x more significant than the used energy without saying anything to me. I called them several times, and no answer. And also, I am still waiting for them to reply to my email.

The person I talked to, was clearly not interested in solving previous issues I had with the company, and only in selling the product. A bit pushy.

I'm another cheated customer, they changed my agreement for different with invoice 2x bigger than used energy. Stay away from that lousy company. What is ridiculous it takes 7 days for them to reply for an email.

No one in customer service answered my phone call for 30 minutes... If I had not tried to reach them my application would not have been proceeded. I was able to get things done by pushing them with calling or sending mail.

I really have nothing to say about Agra. I signed up on the net without my meter number which I sent later. The number was not complete and they emailed me. I corrected this and then received an email that I now am signed up for Spot12. I have checked prices for Spot subscriptions and this seemed like one of the best prices . It is only for a year and then the price goes up. However, I am not committed to Agfa for any length of time.

It is for some time I am Agva’s customer, and now that I move to another place I did not hesitate to continue with them.
