Excellent service by Ayush and the front desk team
I initiated an interest in Gosford Gate student accommodation and Ayush Sa got in touch with me and directed me as to how to completed the application process. He was very helpful and took time to explain and clarify all the questions I posed to him both on a call, WhatsApp and emails. Anytime I missed any document, he w’d prompt me and I w’d send it. I understand the facility normally does check-ins during weekends but he made it possible for me to have access to my room on a Monday.
After checking in, he sent a WhatsApp to check on me and asked that I contact him in case there’s anything bothering my mind with respect to this accommodation.
I did not have any struggles with the front desk people. When I checked-in, my door was not functioning properly so I quick sent a mail and they got it fixed.
So far I have received excellent services from the team and I appreciate that.
