I placed an order on 2/15/26 with CutyPet charged to my credit card under the name nd Sp Luxi Horizon Snc Neucha. I then requested the order be cancelled on 2/16/26 which was less than 24 hours later. At that time, my order status on their website indicated that the order was still being processed and had not shipped; however, customer service advised me, as per email , that the order had already shipped and therefore could not be cancelled. I requested a tracking number which would prove that it was shipped out; however, they did not provide it to me.

The status of my order on their website on 2/16/26, 2/17/26 and 2/18/26 showed Status: Ordered "These items have not been shipped". I received an email on 2/19/26 advising me that my order has shipped and the tracking information started on 2/20/26 which also proves that my order could have been cancelled as per my request on 2/16/26. The fact that they did not cancel my order is completely unacceptable! This is a prime example of deceptive business practices!!!!

I was in contact with them via phone calls and emails requesting that CutyPet cancel my order. I did not want the product based on the reviews I read after placing my order indicating that the orders took too long to receive and some never received their orders at all.

I did finally receive the CutyPet Winter Cave which was way too small for my cat and dog. The cave collapses which makes it impossible for my pets to crawl in.

Should the manufacturer want its product returned, they should communicate the process with no financial impact or obligation to me and refund the charge to my credit card.

Did not recieve the item displayed this is a joke supposed to be a cat fountain this is not like the advertised brand its made of plastic no instructions and pieces that dont belong to it

My cats LOVE their new bed and have to learn how to share! I may need to buy a 2nd bed. your customer service is great and keeps you informed along the way!😻

One of the few pet products I've seen that lives up to the online advertising. My cat climbed right in, tried out his claws on the tough but soft material, and settled in to nap. Perfect for giving your cat a napping spot on furniture you'd like to vacuum less. The small size (14") is a bit cramped for my 11-pound cat; medium (16.5") is good; and large (19") is comfortably roomy. The medium size also happens to fit perfectly inside the baskets on my cat tree, effectively giving them higher sides and preventing the cat from chewing on the twisted paper cord wrapped around the wire frame of the cat tree baskets.

I ordered a pink fluffy tunnel bed for my cat and its so good! My cat enjoys it very much as i am while watching her <3 Delivery was fast btw, everything was perfect! Go grab ur stuff here people, I'm really happy with how things went. :)

I got the magic gloves and honestly they are amazing, definetly recommended

I would say this website is one of the few were the employees care quite a lot for their customers! I am really thankful for their help into finding out where my order is, and I would most definitely order from them again! Their prices are also fine! Thank you so much!!!

I really love my Christmas tunnel bed, it is so fluffy and cute and my cats absolutely adores it. It did take a little while for the bed to arrive, but the company was very willing to help me and inform me of the status of the package.

it took a little time for delivery to come but i was super satisfied with the cutyhunt, i'd say was worth it! customer support was also very kind (Thanks Yvonne)

I had a few questions and customer service was great about answering them.

I ordered a cat bed in mid-December, hoping it would arrive before Christmas, but tracking showed it was delayed. I contacted Yvonne at Support and she promptly told me delivery would take time. That turned out to be true. The cat bed finally arrived via USPS about one month after I ordered it.

The cat bed itself is as advertised and appears to be of very good quality. I give the company four stars, subtracting one star for the delay.

ordered cat beds from cutypet 10/24/25contacted customer service said they would ship again that shipping address was not found.then said items were left in or at mailbox.never received. then gave me a usps shipping info that was for another package for a different shipping address.this is a scam company or a very bad business plan.these cat beds finally arrived around the first of February 2026.the beds are nice but the ones i ordered are too small for my cat.i will have to donate them to a sanctuary and let the kittens enjoy them.thanks to cuty pet for getting them to me.

Never got my order they are absolutely terrible at helping customers find where the product got delivered because it didn’t come to me

After a bit of a delay, I did finally get my two pet beds I ordered. Thank you Cutypet for coming through! My cats love their beds. However, more specific tracking would be a benefit to everyone. Thank you! 👍

I retracted my previous experience as some miracle I got my items i think the intervention of customer service helped as they obtained information I could not. Thank you for that

Well miracles happen. I received my pet bed. It is cute as can be. I don’t know why it took a month to get to me but it’s a quality product. I wish I would’ve ordered the bigger size so whatever you order from the site it’s gonna take a while.
Highly recommend them.

Trying to get information about my order I placed on November 23rd for a cat bed..allegedly it cleared customs on November 30th, still waiting for confirmation of where it is? Still need my cat bed its NOT been delivered!
