You need to give us a method to keep crew Sim working during job transitions as official emails close when you leave the job hence rendering esim useless without recharge.
You can register personal email addresses of crew with ID verification so that uninterrupted svc can be used even when one is between jobs.

Great mobile Data roaming, fast, cheap and easy. I recommend crewsim. The Credit you pay never expires and is in all the various Countries valid. The installation is easy. To get less confused about the different SIMs, I recommend to rename the different SIMs, so you have a better overview.

I tried many eSims. Most were hit and miss depending on which country I was in. South Africa for example is a real test for an eSim. Crewsim worked perfectly both in RSA and in India. Off to Cananda tomorrow and already topped it up. Used it exprensively in SA and India and used up less than £4 credit. Although both were 48 hour stopovers. Very pleased with it. Sometimes does require a restart of phone, usually if yiu were connected to hotel WiFi. Also update sim after restart then all.works fine
