Great company and support

The vapes are great while they last and the team are great at repairing devices when needed but I recently had my fourth one break on me after only a few uses and it's a bit disappointing once again.

The main issues I've had are the device no longer charging, no longer turning on, and receiving error messages that mean the vape wont turn on.

I love the company and their products but I think I'm going to have to write this broken one off and have to look for a new company. If they bring out a new device with a longer life span then I'll definitely be a regular again

I experienced very good customer service from the Crater team, both in the help and communication received. I would recommend Crater for anyone else looking for a quality dry herb vape.

Bought my carter after trying out cheap ones on the market I find this to be perfect for the best and cheap vaporizer. Easy to use works well. Love how easy it is to use.

Wow!!!!!!what a machine.. I bought this as a cheap replacement for my crafty not expecting much but this thing (crafter420) is twice as good and better quality and Uk design Tried it with wax and amazing!! Buy this you will realise how other vape companies are ripping you off! I got mine for 69 quid 😳

I've tried several types of personal vapes & this is hands down the best for herbs. The preset temperature settings are perfect for slowly working through, increasing up through the temps enjoying extracting every last bit of goodness from your product slowly. Or if you prefer a faster hit can go to a higher setting to extract all the goodness quickly or for using solids or oils with the included accessories. No fiddling around increasing numbers by single degrees like some vapes, quick 2 second click to move up. Super smooth vapour that isn't hot, & you don't need to stir the bowl for it to vape evenly, it just does the job itself, is the perfect way to enjoy your herb. The unit doesn't overheat like others do. The vape is easy to maintain with just a little alcohol and cotton buds. The mouthpiece set up is simple to take apart to give a thorough clean. The company and customer service are A+++ My vape developed a fault just after the year warranty expired & they replaced it for me anyway & were fast & efficient & courteous arranging that through Amazon prime, am enjoying it now. They did all this during the Covid-19 crisis. I vape for pain relief so was especially grateful for their fast response. Using a substitute reinforced how amazing my Crater is!
I'll be joining the Crater Club & will be a member for as long as I keep using herbs! Highly recommend.

This is such an amazing company, their products really work & are very affordable. I now have the crater deluxe and a mini. Both work great & my deluxe is still going strong after over a years usage. Don’t bother with their conduction vapes go for the convection devices and you won’t be dissapointed. Great after sales support also.

I own a Crater classic, Crater 3000, Crater deluxe which i've just upgraded to a Crater deluxe USB.I have owned a classic since jan 2015 before this time I have bought different vaporisers the best one blew it into a bag but i must say now crater is its match and better more discreet.Each one does the job but the 3000 & Deluxes have more battery life than the classic,the Deluxes come with a flat mouthpiece which make them even more discreet.Craters are up there with the best giving a discreet
and powerful vape.Highly Recommended, I am a heavy user due to medical problems and the repair or replace policy that Crater operates is to me a god send better still join their club the benefits outweigh the cost.
