Not the partner to have if un expected issues occur…
The company is efficient for booking cruises—as long as there are no unexpected issues. However, if you need to make any changes, such as switching cabins, correcting passenger names, dealing with a cancellation, etc., they either do not respond or take an extremely long time to get back to you.
We have booked with them four times and experienced problems twice. Most recently, they promised us a cabin close to another we requested, but after payment, they assigned us a cabin far away with an obscured balcony, citing an inaccurate NCL cabin map. After requesting a correction, we have been treated poorly; it has been a week already without resolution, and they now claim we must wait another week—without assuring us that the current price will be honored while we wait. Instead of making any price commitment during their communication with NCL, they simply blame the cruise company for the delay.
I would expect at minimum a commitment to maintain the original price while the issue is being discussed with NCL.
For reference, NCL confirmed that the current price difference is only 13€, but warned that it could increase over time, which is why we have insisted on a price guarantee. When speaking by phone, the company’s customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, only promising to “keep emailing NCL.”
When we asked to speak to a supervisor, we were told none was available.
