Be cautious relying on Clicktrans’ “verified provider” claims.

I booked a courier through the platform based on their messaging around verification and safety. It later emerged that the company behind the courier had already been dissolved before my booking, yet they were still active and able to accept jobs.
The service was not as agreed (wrong vehicle, insufficient staffing, delays) and my goods were damaged to the value of €5,500 and missing VAT paperwork for a further €2,500. The insurance cover proved to be non existent.

“Verified” means currently valid or properly vetted. That was not true.

After paying the deposit , the courier company wanted upfront payment ?
Usually balance paid cash on delivery. Courier should not be allowed on the platform.

Cancelled job and contacted Shiply for deposit refund. Supposed to respond within 6 hours . Still waiting 24 hours later. Opening a dispute with my bank.
Can't contact by phone even though they provide a phone number on their e mails .
Won't be using them again.

Klicktrans charging to much provision for transport company's.If you have take a transport for 400 euro you must pay them 50 euros provision.Its to much.Timo Com cost you 100 euro all month you can working for 100 euros.

Very reliable, professional! Took best care of my kitty! Delivered on time, all the time send photos, and news. I was also able to track route all the time.

Platform is great to be able to get good value money for money offers without having to negotiate prices since companies do the bidding. We found a great moving company for cheap and everything went perfectly well.

Easy communication and helpful service. The pet transport from Anita is very good and she is very competent at taking care of all kinds of animals with different temperaments. She was able to successfully calm my nervous dog down and transport her from Düsseldorf to Hamburg
