On double booking

This is a scam. I paid more that 600€ to clean an apartment and the cleaners left it completely dirty. They did not touch the windows , the oven , the floor was dirty and the bath appliances also.

Exceeded my expectations. The cleaner was very independent, completed every item on the list and even took care of things I didn't expect. Very professional yet friendly.

I paid for 2 bedroom apartment cleaning and added additional services for cleaning of my kitchen cabinet, bathroom, microwave, fridge and stove burner.

After the cleaning, i came to check the work done and I noticed that the cleaner did not do a good job. There were visible stains which can be seen in the fridge, toilet, microwave, kitchen cabinet and stove burner. I reached out to cleanwhale support team with picture evidence of the bad cleaning services and they ignored my feedback. Then they charged an extra 21€ to my bank card without any explanation.

I will not recommend this service. After they have done a bad job at cleaning, then ignore every evidence of their bad services. Really a bad experience.

Gleb and Tomasz were friendly, efficient, and on time. They did a great job making the flat sparkling clean, and restored a grubby sofa to feeling like brand new.

The cleaner caused damage in my bathroom, which I readily took a photo of and sent within the stated 3 days as I was traveling early the next day.

This cleaner was >1 hour late the first time I booked an appointment and never showed up. The subsequent booking, CleanWhale sent the same cleaner who was an hour late.

Cleanwhale made no offer to inspect the damage and instead just said, "the thing looked clean so no force would have been exerted". The reasoning was done in such an illogical way and with the clear intent of evading responsibility.
