I’d hoped for better insulation
I’d hoped for better insulation. The top is great however my lid is slipping between locked and unlocked and it’s not noticeable. I kind of expected more :-(

It seems to work well but will take a bit of getting used to
I've only used it once - it will make an excellent alternative for the odd occasion I buy a take out coffee/tea in a 'paper' cup from a stall or whatever. I think drinking from it will take a bit of getting used to but it does seem too much hot drink doesn't come out all at once which is good. After I'd received the mug I did see it for sale in a local recycle/reuse shop and would have preferred to buy from them to support high street shops but I would have certainly recommended Circular&Co to them had they not already been a supplier.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Due to the unique 360 degree drinking abiliity of the lid it may take a little getting used to. The main thing to remember is when the lid is clicked open (down) it is the same as drinking from a mug, so liquid can be drunk from any side. With the lid clicked closed (up) your cup will be 100% leakproof and this will help with the heat retention too. Hot drinks are hot, cold drinks are cold. Great product.
I ordered another travel mug to use for water, I have a coffee one. Great mugs. I love the 360⁰ drinking when driving, and they dont leak, and keep drinks hot/cold very well.
Was expecting it on the date stated. Arrived early so now I have easy car water. Definitely recommended.

Excellent customer service
I bought the slim bottle a while ago and somehow broke the lid. Although the lid wasn't available separately at the time they still sourced me one free of charge. Customer service is absolutely fantastic.
I have since bought further items, dispatch and delivery always really quick.

I like the ethos of the company
I like the ethos of the company, so was determined to get a new lid while my water bottle was still OK! And I like the idea of sending anything broken back for you to recycle! I just haven't done it yet!
From the real human being that helped me on the phone ie not an annoying AI, to receiving my lid the process was efficient!

Great eco product - bit pricy but over the lifetime of the product it will pay for itself easily. Great range of parts to help reduce landfill but not had any need for them yet.

Great company!
I won a circular bottle but it came without a seal so it was leaking water. I went on the website & was able to order a seal for free with no p&p! Since drinking from the bottle I have had no issues & it keeps the water freezing cold all day. Definitely will order in the future for more bottles

Complete game changer - no leaks!
Won this bottle in a competition and, if I’m brutally honest, I thought it’d end up gathering dust like the other cheaper bottles I’d purchased over time. Wrong! It’s been a total game changer! Sturdy, keeps cold and (most importantly) doesn’t leak! I can’t be without it now and love that when it’s at the end of its life I can send it back to be recycled and get 40% off the next one. Result!

Outstanding customer service and product
I recently won a Circular&Co water bottle and was very happy when it arrived - great look and feel in a very striking colour. After a few days I realised it was not in fact sealing, and when tipped - even with the lid in the closed or locked position - the contents would spill out. I contacted customer service and received an incredibly swift response from a knowledgable and helpful service agent. Jo was great, helping me check the components of the lid to identify where there was a problem and arranging for a replacement seal to be sent out rather than replacing the bottle, which some companies would do. This commitment to sustainability and the really efficient customer service underlines what a great brand this is. Highly recommended!
