If I could give a zero I would, they have cancelled twice and today just a no show if you purchase a TV from Harvey norman dont worry about using there installers for wall mounting just book your own directly, absolutely worst call centre service.
When installing a Starlink, the rep from Circl damaged a ceiling and a wall when running a feed through the roof, and then installing the modem.
After weeks of chasing, and sending, re-sending images, they said the images are not clear enough to justify the damage.
The service and reliability has been poor from start to finish. Avoid with everything you have and ask Starlink for an alternate option.
Haven’t witnessed this level of incompetence before
Circl can be extremely tricky to deal with for small businesses and installers looking to use their platform to find work.
My main issue with the service they provide is the pay cycle, meaning invoices can take over 6 weeks to be paid - when installs for Starlink are only a $300 straight forward payment, there is no reason for it to take this long.
There are a lot of hoops to jump through to be an approved Circl installer - namely the >$500 yearly subscription that unfortunately doesn’t guarantee work. You can also expect 40 minutes of Circl admin per install which chews into your day.
If they could fix up their invoice cycle and streamline admin, this would be a much improved service.
For now, it’s best to avoid
