Did order 2 pair of shoes with 2 different sizes as usual. Want did fit the other one I wanted to return like common practice. It took a while to get any feedback and reaction and then I had to send back the shoe to Vietnam on my cost. Today it did return as no one did accept the receipt and I had to pay another 20€ for the return to sender. The shoe was 165€ which is now back at my place. This is robbery and fraud but becuase of where they are located it seems to be a waiste of time to kick off a case. They are cheaters

They are a fraudulent site, AVOID at all costs! Selling fake cheap shoes at full prices, and then not accepting them back or offering 25 % refund of paid amount. JOKE

Fake shoes, claim to be located in Southampton but instead located in Vietnam.
No longer replying to my emails.
PayPal not helping and have closed the case for some reason.
Probably got their fake shoes back and my money. PLEASE AVOID

Rip off and fake. Do not buy! Ordered Asics here, in my size, but received fake Asics which show the right size on the label and box but measure and direct comparison with same type of Asics shows a full centimeter difference. This proofs they are selling fakes for ridiculous prices.

SCAM. Sent wrong product that I think is fake. When I told them this and pushed they gave me an address in Vietnam to return at my cost. Do not use.

Total fraud.. Thomas Kuiper has no intention of providing anything. Instead, grab the money, send delaying and diversionary emails for as long as possible, and when the game is up run for the corner, go silent, shiver, tremble and hide as best as possible. What a low-life. What a garbage human being. NEVER, EVER buy here.

Very bad communication, no refund. And - at the end - most likely fake shoes. Warning!

It is a scam. They either do not ship or sell fake shoes. Do not buy or order anything from these Scammers.

They have never shipped the products and took the money.
I'm happy that we paid with Paypal.
They don't even reply to them...

I was looking for shoes online when I spotted a nice looking pair. When I wanted to visit their website, my Norton security didn't open the site and showed a big WARNING !!! Proceeding to open the site would be on my own risk...So, my security immediately red flagged the site. All I needed to know...Thank you NORTON !!!

Order 196242

Order was claimed collected on the 17th of this month by Evri . The package has been missing since then . Evri are renowned for having couriers that steal packages .
I’ve contacted these guys at Cinstrum several times asking for a refund was speaking to Thomas kuiper and he just skated around my issue with a generic message that didn’t even address my issue .
Now they are dragging there heals with my refund . I’ve literally asked 5 times for a refund as the package is definitely lost . I’ve even added proof from Evri that states it’s lost .
First thing Monday I’m contacting PayPal and will be opening a case against this guy .
He obviously does not want to return my money . Maybe a legal case will change his mind . And after reading other reviews this guys items are counterfeit
