Website was easy to navigate even with my limited german and delivery to Denmark was unproblematic. Very happy about my purchase.

I bought a bracelet from CHRIST for the second time after losing the first one. Although it was the exact same model, the new bracelet fit differently and could not be worn the same way as my previous one.

I contacted customer service to ask whether there was any solution other than paying €30–60 for an adjustment. Instead of addressing the question, I received a return label. After explaining again that I did not want to return the bracelet and simply wanted it to fit, I was informed that the online shop has no influence over store pricing.

At no point did anyone address my actual concern: why two supposedly identical bracelets appear to differ, or whether any alternative solution existed.

The responses were polite, but gave the strong impression that reading the full email was considered optional.

I was unable to purchase items on website ship to Lithuania. Tried google pay, paypal, 3 diffrent bank debit cards, credit card - always not accepted. Called them, they were unable to explain or resolve issue. Asked to receive manual tranfser instructions - also not received. Not recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The social media team was quick to respond, but told me to contact their email. I have emailed them a few times with no response. Then, they left me on read.

This comes from me buying a ring, (where they have no return policy), and i couldnt get my money back immediately after buying. Purely a scam.

Don't respond to emails. No customer support when a part of (expensive) earrings were not functioning upon arrival.

My 12 yr old daughter went to Christ in Alexa (Berlin) to have her ears pierced last week. The young woman who attended us was fantastic - she was very clear explaining what the procedure would be, she helped my daughter feel comfortable, she was patient and calm and sensitive to my daughter's needs. I was so impressed by this experience that I had to commend her to her manager. It made all the difference in the world to be able to communicate so well with someone during what could potentially be a rather stressful experience. Thank you and I wish her all the best.

Customer service is fast responding but not clear enough. Two times in row they cancelled my order without explanation why. I was paying with Revolut Master Card. I won’t try to order anything again from them.

I already bought from the before but this time it was much better. One of the employees found out I wanted a product they did not had in store. But she knew that they had it online and she finish the purchase for and even added the "online only" discount. All of this before giving me great tips to visit the town we were.

The article (watch) arrived on time and the local store helped me to adjust the bracelet.

Absolutely terrible customer service and stay well clear we bought a custom made ring in the store titanium and carbon spent quite a lot of money on this we were living in Germany Last June at the time and now back in UK 8 months later and the carbon has cracked we still have a guarantee but they wont do anything for us unless we go back to the store physically. The ring was badly made and they should be obliging and allowing a courier to come collect the ring and then return after been repaired but refuse as we are in the UK. We had asked the question that if anything happened and we went back to uk what could we do and were assured we could send back but no we cant Stay well clear of this jewellers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE IF YOU WANT A DELIVERY ABROAD. They say the returns are free but they do not say in the AGBs that only in Germany. I was sent a wrong return label and dhl in Poland didn’t know what it was. Now I was informed that I need to send the package myself and pay. Now the customer service ignores me. Horrible

I cannot get rid of their Spam emails.
They'll continue to send me offers every other day, even though I have unsubscribed and emailed them to ask to stop.

Ruined my wedding ring and tried to blame me for it. We bought a pair of wedding bands from Christ 2.5 years ago. After giving birth, needed to get the ring resized. Took it to Christ in Manor, Winterthur.

First, they quote CHF 200 to resize it. Then they call me and say oh actually it is CHF 320. When we get the ring back, we notice that the special pattern which was previously on there has been completely wiped clean and the ring is now totally smooth.

The branch manager came and was not only unapologetic, but blamed us for their mistake, and said that we should have made them aware of the design.. like they and their goldsmith don’t have eyes?

Really saddened and disappointed. If you don’t care about providing good service and resolving mistakes made on a wedding ring then what do you care about? Horrible.

Such a pathetic service. Never experienced something like this in the near past. I wanted to cancel an order I placed five minutes before. The package is not yet sent. There is no option to do this in their website. Write them or call them; no response. I waited twice more than 10 minutes over telephone. They disconnect me without a warning. They say you can leave a voice message after pressing 0. Well, no chance; nothing happens after pressing 0. I think their juwellery are good but their service is unacceptably pathetic.

Τoday I received my watch that I had ordered and after the estimated date that was mentioned, I received it in a very careful packaging which is appreciated more especially when it comes to an expensive product. Thank you very much
