I had a few problems with one of the products but was twee keer good geholpen by de klant service. I can recommend the shop.

I want to send my delivery back, it came after two weeks but they don't read their mails. Just give me an address to return. I don't wanna keep this. They try to let you keep the items but if you have a 30 days to return than they have to accept that but they don't.

The cooling mat is an absolute hit, and my dog absolutely loves it! It saved us during the recent heatwaves, giving my pet instant relief from the heat.

Don't buy here, very low quality. China manufactured. Never again

Dont buy this product. It's from China and cheap product. It doesn't work. I asked for the replacement - no one responded.

I ordered an article. It came 15 days later. The article is to be returned. I informed the online store which is not reachable by phone. Still they haven’t answered my e-mail. I think they don’t care about the client. I am not happy with Charmpaws experience.

Total scam.

its cheap plastic shit. It was Damaged when it arrived. packaging was trash, just some plastic wrapped around it.

Don't order from charmpaws, it's cheap trash they are selling.

This company is a scam. On instagram they showed a product of a bird that could fly, what we arrived was a bird that was laying on the ground and just making some sounds.

It's a dropshipping website. Product took 2 weeks to arrive which should have been a red flag in the first place. Check Temu or AliExpress before you buy here.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! it’s just dropshipping website and the item is not at all as described. They lire you in with special promo’s only for the day but don’t fall for it! The item i received is not as pictured on the website and the free article they had for that day with every order was also not included

Like most people, I made a mistake ordering from Charmpaws.
Most of their website is cleverly done to con you into thinking your getting something special, when all they are doing is overcharging you an ordering from Temu or similar.
Don't use, go to Temu first, save a fortune and delivery is just the same time.

So, I bought the "Vogel Jacht-Simulator Set", which my cats love and have been playing with daily! But I hate that I didn't check Temu before I bought it at charmpaws, because what they sold me for €29,95 (!!!), I could've bought on Temu for € 2,- or less. And yes, it is the exact same product.

I think CharmPaws orders fom Temu or AliExpress or whatever and resell the products for a much higher price. That is why I will never order from them again, at least not without checking Temu etc. first. I've been a thief of my own wallet with this purchase...

Product is goed en de service was super. Had een vraag over de levering want wist eerst niet of het geleverd was, en charmpaws heeft mij snel en vriendelijk geholpen.
