Easy to book online...girls are so lovely in the centre which is clean and professional. In and out in 2mins, nose and throat but easy and didnt feel a thing. Highly recommended if needed. Hi,
I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble travelling. The Japanese Government require an additional form to be filled out in order to enter the country. A customer can print this form and bring it to the test centre where a member of our staff can enter the details of the test on to the document.

Unclear test result
I received an unclear test result.
When the test was been carried out the staff member who was testing me did not insert the swab 3cm into my nostrils.
This test method was very different to any other testing I have received from the HSE.
No contact telephone number.
I was offered another test but I could not attend.

As explained via email, our swabbing team are medically trained by the HSE and follow our test manufacturers guidelines.
There are various reasons that could have led to your test being unclear, including the possibility of a small level of Covid detected in your system. Ultimately the result given from our testing process was not deemed satisfactory enough to issue you a result. A reswab is used as best practice to ensure only accurate results are issued to customers.

This is my 2nd time. I have had a Covid Test here,the process is easy and fast from booking online and at the clinic. Less than 10 minutes everything is done.

I received an inconclusive result when…
I received an inconclusive result when I paid for a private PCR. I was unable to attend a repeat test the next day due to work meetings that I was doing from home. I lost out on 89 euro and I am really unsatisfied with the service as I had to get a public swab in the end.

Due to the person's lack of mobility, the tester came out to the car and performed the test in a very professional manner, this alleviated the need for the person to use the wheelchair and oxygen tank and go into the testing centre.
