I don’t think this company is legit. They shipped a product with safety seal broken. I have tried to contact them 5xs since receiving the product inquiring about how to return and no one replies. They don’t even have a legit business phone number.

My order arrived intact and the herbs were nicely packaged, but delivery timing was slower than promised, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The products are decent, but the overall experience felt just average.

Order arrived with a broken seal. Over a period of 3 weeks, contacted the company by email twice, and attempted multiple times to contact them through their website. Every time, the response was "unable to process now; try again later". To this day, have not received any communication whatsoever.
Will never order from them again.

I was supposed to get my order yesterday they still haven't sent out first impressions are everything and this company obviously doesn't care about my time or business I tried to call no response I wish I was able to get ahold of them to cancel the order plenty of other companies that would love my business that are capable of promp shipping

My cat was scratching a lot at her ears. I got Petglow spray with safe, organic herbs. It stopped the scratching and the smell went away soon. I liked the simple dropper and gentle feel. The product felt clean and kind. I now feel safer helping my cat with normal stuff at home.
