I am contacting you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my delivery appointments have been handled.

To date, I have experienced five cancellations or missed appointments by your drivers.

During the first appointment, the driver told me that he had not been informed that the service required two people to be present, even though this information was clearly specified when the appointment was booked. Furthermore, I was not informed of this situation at any point, and I therefore waited at home unnecessarily for the entire day.

During another appointment, the delivery was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I waited throughout the entire time slot, and it was not until 6:00 p.m. that the driver contacted me to say that it was now too late for him to come and that I would have to make another appointment through customer service.

The other appointments also resulted in a complete lack of communication: no call, no information, and no explanation, even though I had once again had to set aside my entire day to be available.

In total, I therefore waited for your drivers on five separate days, without the service being properly provided.

This situation is completely unacceptable. In particular, it put me in a difficult position with my employer, as I had to make arrangements several times to be available during time slots that were ultimately not honored.

I am therefore requesting compensation for these repeated inconveniences, and at the very least, a refund of the service in question, given the five missed appointments and the considerable amount of time I have lost as a result of this situation.

I would appreciate a concrete response to this complaint and would like you to explain what measures you intend to take to compensate me for the inconvenience and loss caused.

Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I reserve the right to file a complaint with SignalConso in order to report these repeated failures.

The driver was friendly. He arrivés in advance of 1 hours which is great. But he was lucky that we were on site.
