Casta Diva makes the best toilet I've used in years! The models with pressure assisted flush are great -- especially if you live in a state like California that has low flow regulations. The Casta Diva toilets have a powerful flush that is actually much quieter than any of my old gravity toilets. The other features of the bidet are a true luxury. And their customer service is excellent.

I wasn't sure if I really needed a smart toilet, but after using this one, I don't think I could go back.
The toilet has a clean, modern design that instantly upgraded the look of my bathroom. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and very well made. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep clean thanks to the smooth surface and thoughtful design.
Everything has been working perfectly since installation, and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a smart toilet that combines convenience, comfort, and a premium feel, this one is definitely worth considering.

One of the best toilet. It is working good. Very fast delivery. Only one problem, is it's very heavy, (More than 110 bls) therefore, a little bit hard to install. You will need two persons to install it. Other than that, it is working great & the price is very good comparing with other similar item. Thank you Casta Diva Home

Haven’t received my order

Five star service, my husband accidentally break the toilet tank cover because it slipped through his hand when taking out. They get back to me same day to replace it. Appreciate the great service! Will continue to buy from them.

I had a very unusual situation with a Casta Diva smart toilet that I bought second-hand, not directly from the company. The ceramic bowl was damaged, and I honestly did not expect much help because it was not a warranty case.
However, Casta Diva customer service was very understanding and responsive. They took the time to check with their warehouse, found a compatible replacement ceramic bowl from returned/open-box inventory, and offered it to me at a reasonable price, including shipping.
The bowl arrived safely, and I really appreciate that they helped me find a practical solution instead of simply telling me to buy a whole new toilet. Special thanks to Emily and Demi for their patience, communication, and support.

I recently bought the Casta Diva One-Piece Toilet CD-T005, and so far I'm really happy with it. It looks great in my bathroom, the modern, sleek design was exactly what I was looking for. Since it's a one-piece, there's no gap between the tank and bowl, which makes cleaning so much easier compared to my old two-piece toilet. No more scrubbing around that awkward crevice!

The dual-flush system works well. I was a bit concerned that the water-saving flush might not be powerful enough, but honestly, it handles everything just fine. It's quiet too, which is a nice bonus.

I also really appreciate the comfort height. I've started having some knee issues lately, and this taller seat makes a noticeable difference, much easier to sit down and get back up.

The soft-close seat is a small touch, but it definitely feels premium. Installation was pretty straightforward with the standard 12-inch rough-in, and the skirted design is another plus — it keeps the area around the trap way cleaner with less effort.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It's a solid toilet that looks good, works well, and makes my daily routine a little more comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

Excellent Customer Service and a Great Company!
I purchased a toilet from Amazon Casta Diva Home and got one with no blackout flush.
I contacted CastaDiva customer service and explain the problem they told me we will get back to you.
After a couple of days they called me back and told me to go and get a new toilet the CD-K030PRO
They reimbursed me the difference on the new purchase,that was amazing
Friendly, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service and a Great Company!
I purchased a toilet from Casta Diva Home and accidentally ordered a model with gold hardware (handle, bolts, and washers). Gold isn't my style, so I contacted their customer service and explained that I would happily pay for silver replacement parts.
To my surprise, they immediately offered to send the silver hardware at no charge. Their response was fast, friendly, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.
It's rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Casta Diva Home exceeded my expectations. They were responsive, accommodating, and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

Everyone I dealt with at anderson, toyota treated me with respect and was very efficient. jennifer and Mike and Dylan in service. We're wonderful to deal with. It's always wonderful, when a customer can say the company went above and beyond. Amy was incredibly helpful to me. Kyle in service was a great deal of help to me. Dylan was a great deal of help to me. The guy that did my pant touch up and the metal massager that took the little dents out of the car did a wonderful job. Looking forward in the future to dealing with anderson, toyota. In a nutshell great job guys!!
