Amazing hopefully everything is right

Like many others I agree this is a complete stealth subscription model since they know no one paying for a single vehicle report is going to pay for another when they see the results (which are poor). The trial information is deliberatly small and hard to read during the payment process and only became clear after going back to discover why you are being charged. I would not recommend the service and I will never use it again. Also note they only show 5 star reviews on their website for trustpilot........ surprise surprise just another way to convince you its a good service.

Thieves! I paid them for the verification the first time, and after 5 days, they took 30 euros from me. Abusive! I will report them to all legal authorities.

I have had a fantastic experience with Car judge and the customer care I got with Jenny was amazing. She was extremely helpful and helped me throughout the process.

I had a similar experience to many other reviewers listed below on Carjudge. I was completely unaware that I was subscribing to something and would be charged monthly. This was not clear (the small print must have been tiny) and no reminder was sent by Carjudge. I am clearly not alone in having this experience of Carjudge. The difference between me and the reviewers below is that they have refused me a refund, even though I have not used their resources since the initial enquiry and my complaint is identical to many posted below. In fact others state they were refunded many months after repeated subscription payments were taken. I am seeking only one as I believe I was not made transparently aware of what I was signing up to. Here is a the response I received from a customer services assistant today: Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Upon registration, you benefited from a 7-day trial period, at the end of which a monthly subscription at €24.95 is automatically activated unless a cancellation is submitted beforehand. These terms are clearly presented prior to any payment confirmation and remain accessible at all times on our pricing page.

We understand your request for a refund and wish we could accommodate it. However, our refund policy allows us to process such requests within 30 days of the subscription date only, a window that has unfortunately elapsed in your case.

Your subscription has been cancelled and no further charges will be applied.

We remain at your disposal should you have any further questions.

I implore CarJudge to please be decent and treat me fairly as per other customers and as others have requested, be transparent and communicate to your customers if they are about to begin expensive subscription payments. Once again, I respectfully ask to be treated as other customers and given a refund for a service I have not used and do not intend to use. Sheena M

Absolute scam..didn’t know I’d signed up after paying £2.49 for a check on car then within 2 days another £24.99 & £25.95 was taken….

Ok so full refund appreciated…however I do believe the website needs to make it clearer that you are entering a subscription…then maybe the company carjudge would not get as many negative reviews…🤷‍♀️

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. First off, the report was missing vital information, basic stuff that's on any other report.
2nd they make it look like you are agreeing to a £2.49 once off payment for a single report, but they very sneakily hide, in a not so visible way, that you are signing up to a £25.95 monthly subscription. Ive double checked and its not clear at all as they claim in other reviews.
Absolutely disgusting and unethical, let's see if they offer a full refund.

It's a SCAM. Didn't learn anything about the car and they quietly kept charging my card obscene sums, monthly.

Helped me avoid a car which had manipulated mileage. Could help the current owner get his money back from the importer. Great service.
