I can't believe the process with Car Expert was so easy and stress free. I initially contacted them on a Friday and by Tuesday I had received the contract from my Chery dealer...not only that the price of my new vehicle was $11,000 cheaper than other quotes I had received.

The experience was seamless and highly efficient. Great service and highly recommended.

I use agents for real estate (residential,business and commercial), finance and stocks.Never thought about it for a car. When I was let down by a local dealer I googled car agents and tried car experts. They took all the hack work out of the deal and presented me with 3 options. I ended up saving $4k( and even got a better deal for my trade in). I couldn't believe how simple it was.

Community from the start was terrible. Not following things up. Having to do your work for you. I cant begin to list the amount of time,emails and phone calls I have had to make. To get information out of you guys. Izi Hunt needs to be reviewed and looked at she wasn't helpful at all. Still haven't had any emails from her. Service over all was terrible i wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

From my first contact with Blair, I felt confident to continue negotiations.
I was encouraged to inspect the cars that I was interested in, making sure that the product fitted my requirements and budget.
I studied the CarExperts evaluations in my selected list and finally reached a decision that I discussed with Blair.
I was advised to take a test drive but not to sign any documents.
When Blair was notified all the necessary documents were drawn up , emailed to me for signatures and I was advised regularly about the process.
When the car arrived at the dealer, another CarExpert, Liz, took over to advise me when and how to pay for the car as well as organising Comprehensive Insurance.
From the time of my test drive to the day I picked up the new car I did have to go anywhere.
I live 85km from the dealer.
CarExpert made buying a new car as making a cup of coffee, albeit a bit more expensive.

I have been watching and following the CarExpert channel on YouTube for a long time now and always love how detailed and consistent the reviews are, and thought I had nothing to loose by hitting them up on their offer to find me a new car. Decided on buying 2 new cars at a price that saved me thousands compared to my local dealer! They even offered a service to value my trade-in vehicles what was great. Another family member also decided on buying a new car, with the same result within a day!! Unbelievable!
Just need the vehicles to be delivered now (currently in production)!!

I had an excellent experience with the Car Expert team. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and secured one of the best deals in the market for my new Haval H6—better than the dealer's price, with plenty of additional inclusions.

It’s a shame that CarExpert fell through at the last step.

My experience has been very well at the start given the communication and the deal CarExpert was able to pull off.

However, a few weeks before the pick-up date, the specialist I was dealing with suddenly went radio silence and a week later, his manager told me he took his sick leave.

It’s ok to take sick leave, however, the follow-up was horrendous. The requests that I made with the previous specialist were ignored by the replacement specialist, and I had to reach out to the dealership by myself, I don’t mind doing that but it would be more professional if CarExpert had told me that they couldn’t meet my requests or at least, some bare minimum communication would be nice.

After that, they reached out to me once before the pick-up date and advised that they would call me to prepare for the delivery. However, no further communication was made.

Having decided on what vehicle i wanted I dreaded the whole dealership sales pitch and price haggle followed by the after sales speech.

I have followed Car Expert for many years and thought why not, what do I have to lose.

I made an online enquiry at breakfast, received a call soon after from Sam, confirmed what I wanted and by lunchtime had 2 quotes.

By the afternoon I’d confirmed and had a contract.

No haggle, no frustration and a way better price than what I would have achieved.

Will definitely use again and highly recommend everyone try out the service.

Yass was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to secure an EOFY offer by getting me an unconditional approval within 24 hours. Couldn't be happier. Early on, Daniel from the buying team was great in providing objective and well-informed advice and was honest enough to acknowledge that an external EOFY deal I had spotted with a dealership was too good to refuse.

I had a very disappointing experience with CarExpert’s car-buying service.

A few days ago, I contacted them for assistance in obtaining competitive quotes for a Zeekr 7X and a BMW iX3. I was assigned to Jack, who handles Victorian customers. Our initial conversation was positive, and he took note of all my requirements. He assured me that he would get back to me with the best possible deals.

Unfortunately, that never happened.

After my finance was approved, I called five times over two days to follow up. Each time, one of his colleagues answered the phone and assured me that Jack was on another call and would return my call shortly. Despite these repeated assurances, I never received a callback.

This level of customer service is extremely unprofessional. If you promise to follow up with a customer, the least you can do is return their call or let them know if you’re unable to assist. Basic courtesy and communication should be expected from any business.

If CarExpert is too busy or not interested in helping customers, they should be upfront about it rather than wasting people’s time with empty promises.

Overall, this was a very poor experience, and based on my experience, I would not recommend CarExpert’s car-buying service.

Got the best price and made everything extremely simple and fluid.

CarExpert made buying my new car much easier than dealing directly with a traditional dealership. The team was always friendly, professional, and quick to answer my questions, which made the whole process far less stressful.
My only criticism relates to the $599 Procurement Fee that appeared on my invoice. After I queried it, the fee was renamed a "Registration Fee," (which became a cost of $625) this left me feeling that this cost is ultimately paid by the customer rather than the dealership. I would have appreciated more transparency about this charge from the beginning.
Overall, I'm happy with the service and would recommend CarExpert to anyone wanting a simpler car-buying experience.
Having said that I still saved $1000 or so from the dealership list price! : )

Naturally a fan of Paul and CarExpert reviews on YouTube and thought I'd give this a go for my new car purchase. Genuinely shocked at how quick they were able to source me a car (literally a couple days notice) and at an excellent price. Having spent a lot of time at dealers getting the run around they have nailed their core journeys re buying a car. So much so we canceled my partners new car order with a dealer and will be getting be second car via car expert. If you need stuff to be done correctly and efficiently - go through them. Honesty and integrity. Well done
