There is -0- customer service or response from this company. They sent my damaged and missing items, and do not care about remedy or fixing the problem.

2 problems with my order #1ORD000006965

1. The delivery package was damaged when it was dropped off at my front door.
There was "Postnord" tape all over one side.
When I opened the side that was taped, I found leaked fluid all over the cardboard. One of the cans had slightly punctured so it was leaking.

2. I ordered 3 cases. That is 72 cans. There was only two (2) cases of Sprite in the package; Actually I counted only 47 cans. So 1 can was missing all together if you count 2 cases.
Maybe "postnord" took the 1 missing can while they were taping it up, and they decided to steal the other case (24 cans). !?!?

Obviously either Postnord or DHL dropped the package, and evidently damaged a can spilling sprite all over the inside of the package.

I have opened up one of the Sprite cans, and it exploded on me !!
I think there may be other cans that will explode as well.

I never received my order but the company has kept the money and keeps telling me new stories about why it hasn’t arrived yet .. when I succeeded getting in touch ..
I made a claim by PayPal who have now given the company green light to keep cheating their customers. Because they said the package was delivered???

I wrote this to PayPal:
You guys haven't done your homework.. I never received the items and the sellers are impossible to get through to.. I'm protected by buyer protection when I pay with PayPal so how on earth can you resolve a dispute in the seller's favor when I haven't received my items?????

Twist - Your PayPal claim no. PP-R-NHR-627708908 has been rejected

If you track the package you will find that is hasn’t moved since Capalus gave it a tracking number .. fraud company .. be careful!

I am trying to communicate with this company for an order I have placed. It is not sent. I can't find then on emails or phone or anywhere. I have sent multiple mails and they don't respond.

Scam. Do not use. Goods never received.

My Ordre #1ORD000002284 has not been delivered (except for one item out of 21) and no one answers emails, messages, or phone calls. Such a scam!
