Overall good experience.

I have ordered a couple times from this website.
Delivery can take upto 7 days.
I would like more detail about the products on the page, but customer service is really fast and helpfull.
My products arrived just as claimed and they were good. The gummies were maybe a little weak but if you space out the timing of taking them then they are good.

Chemical Designer herb

It's just weed that's been cut with chemicals. You're not smoking a natural product here, but a chemically altered designer herb.

My order was seized by customs

My order was seized by customs. On 2 September I received a clear email from support confirming I would get a full refund.
A few days later they completely changed their story, claimed that email was a mistake, and refused any refund or compensation. They even had the nerve to ask me to contact customs and try to get the seized package sent back to them.
It is not my responsibility that their product was seized. If they choose to ship these products they should package them properly and discreetly. Instead they tried to put the problem back on the customer after already promising a refund.
Very poor and dishonest handling of the situation. Would not recommend.

Save your money and shop elsewhere

1 star, and honestly, that’s generous.

I ordered an expensive product that was NEVER delivered. Despite the fact that I never received my order, they still refused to refund the shipping fees. Absolutely unacceptable.

The customer support was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Delivery times are ridiculously long, and for the prices they charge, you can easily find better products for less money elsewhere.

The website is also far from user-friendly. And once you create an account, be prepared for a flood of useless promotional emails. You’ll probably want to unsubscribe immediately.

Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Expensive products, slow delivery, poor customer service, and no willingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong.

I strongly do NOT recommend this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
