Honestly? it might not be perfect, but it's pretty damn good, i got wide selections from multiple sources, a thorough support team that guided me through tens of questions since i'm new to germany, good delivery, tho as far as i understood that's mostly in the hands of partners, and with the new addition of payment methods i even solved everything incredibly easily!
They have chaeap or free receipts, and thorough responses from the medical team regarding any questions or symptoms since before or after starting treatment. Honestly they are awesome and i'm glad i found them randomly recommanded on a reddit post

They changed my CORRECT address for delivery on their own so it cant be delivered... ive checked my order serveral times, everything is correct but still they decided to change the address data for no reason so it cant get delivered, also they didnt refund the 8 euro i paid for delivery even tho they made a mistake, they also didnt offer express curier delivery next day to make up for their incompatance... ill never ever purchase there again, you run into endless issues even tho YOU DO EVERYTHING CORRECTLY...... like wtf.. you cant win if theyre blind

Constantly have to have my prescription resend and nothing is ever changed I pay ten euro to do the job for them and manage it for them

Remarkably fast, usually just a couple of days, and most importantly, good stuff!

The process was straightforward. The support was helpful and reassuring. Everything between Candoc and Grühnhorn worked quickly. Sunday I placed my order. Wednesday it arrived.

The prescription part was fine so far, I got it within 24 hours which is okay but slowest service I've tried so far. The website is pretty messy and I can't tell if it's that it doesn't work as intended or the user experience is just very convoluted, that slowed me down quite a lot. There are a lot of manual steps going back and forth which is slowing things down incredibly, and they are not working within the time period they promised. They promise a delivery within 48-72 hours, and soon I will hit 72 hours from initiating my order and I haven't even paid yet! The pharmacy they suggest as a default partner is horrendously slow and when I wrote Candoc about it they basically defended them despite pointing out the 72 hour delivery being misleading. Probably my first and last time ordering here. I didn't expect a perfect experience with the whole industry being new but it just seems irresponsible to launch while still so unorganized

Update: took them four days to cancel my order because they wont accept my payment. Nothing but timewasters, that could have been said much earlier
