Good experience !
It works well! Didn’t have any problems with the process. The UI of the website could be more simple for the ones that don’t want to purchase a gift card but just redeem one, other than that it went smoothly.

Unable to use my gift cards
I have two gift cards 100 euros each that I attempted to redeem, but I never received the cards. I contacted customer service by email several times, but I have not received a clear response or a proper resolution.
The lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would expect a more reliable and responsive service and get my cards back so i can use them.
