Was waiting on a redemption I made a week ago but I made more earnings while waiting so I made another redemption to add on to it. Still waiting and I even changed the way I redeemed with Trustly. Hoping it comes soon. Sucks because I was waiting on the last redemption for awhile. It said it was gonna hit my account at the lastest by today (07/22/2026) but I canceled and started a new one to add to my earnings. We’ll see I guess.

They purposely leave your redemption sitting in queue for days instead of processing it right away like almost every other casino does, in hopes that you’ll cancel your redemption and use the money. I had high hopes for this place. I also want to note it was a small 100 dollar redemption so it didn’t require any further review or verification. It’s just purposeful intention…

With me being completely honest, it started out like I locked this place. But as soon as the withdrawal process started, it went south from there. They told me it would be it. Put a date 5 days away from my redemption. Well then I talked to customer service. They said that was normal. Then, they told me down unload, screw, and I could get it in 24 hours. Once I do that and get verified through scrill, it puts it up. It says my day is 8 days away, so I contact customer service again and they tell me that's normal. I just took. I want to put it on an odd game and gave it back. I don't believe they was ever going to pay me. I even tried the gift card and it was 8 days away. Beware of this place god bless

These guys are nothing but a bunch of liars. You can't even get a hold of support all they have is an AI chatbot that's posing as a human and even though the absolute deadline for my money to have been sent out was today they haven't even reviewed my Redemption yet. This site is a BSI I don't recommend anyone spends a dime in this casino. It's a garbage casino and they're full of garbage!!

I've been waiting 2 weeks now on the 400 dollar redemption I requested. The first one I did just disappeared after 7 business days of waiting. I'm currently on 6 more business days on the same redemption. This is ridiculous. Horrible place. Don't gamble here!

I had realized I had two accounts took it upon my self to let customer service know and they did fix it so I had one then next thing you know both are locked so I wrote again they say it’s active but on my end shows account locked talk to customer support I have missed so many bonuses that I don’t know what could fix this but there word should mean something

What really made me give CoinsBack five stars, was the help I received. I was not expecting the customer service that I got. Im a Alabama resident i purchased a coin package from this casino last week an i won 100SC..I received messages that I would receive my winnings on the 20th. More likely they would be sent on the 20th an then I received a message on the 20th stating that its taking longer than usual but with no update or reason. I've reached out to support multiple times only to get An Ai agent promising to turn in tickets an that a real agent will get in touch with me in a few hours!! Still nothing an its a whole day later.
