DIsgusting, paid 22 euros for fedex delivery 3-5 days. Arrived 35 days late.

Very disappointing experience with 365Jersey. I ordered two football shirts for personal use, but my parcel was stopped by customs in Luxembourg due to an intellectual property/counterfeit issue and I never received my order.

To make matters worse, I was subsequently contacted by a Belgian anti-counterfeit organisation and asked to pay €300 in fees in relation to the shipment.

I paid for products that I have not received and have instead been left dealing with customs and a €300 payment request. This is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise customers in the EU to think twice before ordering from 365Jersey. The apparent low price is not worth the risk of having your order seized and then being left to deal with the consequences yourself. I am now seeking a full refund from 365Jersey and will take the matter further if necessary.

After the initial order, I didn’t hear anything anymore from them. They also don’t reply to my reclaims and refund requests. I strongly advise not to order anything from them.

I paid extra for fast delivery for an order placed 17 June and only shipped 3rd July. Still not arrived a month later. Impossible to reach customer service. No reply to mails or online formulas. It’s a scam?!?

First buy was OK
Second buy still not prepared while I ordered on June 3rd and we are june 17th.
No answer from customer service.
I don't know if my son will receive his jersey before end of World Cup and that's a pitty.

Reliable, realistic jerseys for good price

I did several orders with 365jersey, it always answers to my need, most of my orders are for my children.
It is a quality except for badges which last only few months.
The others thing with this website is the shipping which may last more than a month.
I will continue to order and purchase with them.

Jersey was delivered in good time. It went smoothly. The jersey itself is very comfortable. There are some threads I had to cut off - but for that price the jersey is really nice, the name is spelled correctly - looks good.

The products are good and customers are satisfied.

As an affiliate, sales performance is fine. However, my commission has been pending for a long time.

I’ve sent several emails but received no reply so far. No update, no timeline, just silence.

Hopefully this is only temporary, because good products should come with reliable payments and communication.

I ordered in November but my order was blocked by customs and never arrived. I contacted the Customer Support at least 5 times and didn’t get a single response. Very disappointed!!

I ordered 2 sets and only one arrived in my mailbox; I contacted the client services and I didn't get any answer from them, any alternative offered; this is the first time that I'm not happy as I already ordered few times but as the company, you must be there when everything is going well as when the issue is occurring; being reactive is a key's success for your business! not happy guys, react quickly please!!!

I have ordered a Galatasaray jersey, but they have not shipped They told me they don't have stock, and asked me to choose something else. I don't want it; I want a refund. Please give my money back.
