One problem was I had to wait on HOLD. . .
One problem was I had to wait on the phone, (on Hold), for over 40 minutes when I called to get my order sent to me, so that I wouldn't run out of some of my ostomy supplies. . . And usually 180 Medical calls me to verify my order, and they didn't do it this month. Only part of the order has arrived so far, but I do expect the rest to get here in the next day or two, so it should all work out in the end. . . 180 Medical has been better than some others that I worked with over the years though; so sticking with them for now at least. . . Thank you.

I had left a chat message the night before but for some reason this wasn’t responded to, I was looking for additional supplies while out of town. HOWEVER, when I called the next day, the response was immediate! My information was taken down including my out-of-town address, and in spite of the upcoming 4th of July holiday, I had my supplies delivered within 2 days. How great is that!! I am so grateful for your help!! Thank you!!!
