Everything went well. Although it took a little over 24 hours to receive my ticket, I contacted support because I book the ticket on short notice, and they handled everything smoothly. No complaints at all!

Solo traveling and was told about 12go app wqst to download from App Store I wanted to be near the sea and 12go made it so easy from start to finish booking was simple the bus was so comfortable with recliner seats! The journey was smooth riding and the staff was as all very helpful! Looking forward to using them again shame the plane seats could not be so comfy! Oh and the price it amazing too! Can not fault them at all oh let’s not forget the free bottle of water and the driver literally dropped us all off at our place of stay as it was on the route thanks so much very safe driver as well

12go they charged my x2 of the normal preice . Tren from Makah to Madina . They dont a except give back what I payed
Normal price 45 euro but they take 95euros ( doble)

Have used this service before, it works really well thank you.
The whole process works well between 12Go and the actual bus operators.

Deceptive pricing. I purchased an airline ticket for $196 but was charged $472. The response from 12Go support:

Your receipt only shows the ticket price and the online booking fee. If the amount you were charged is higher, it's usually due to extra fees from the payment processor (for example, PayPal or credit‑card fees) or additional charges that your bank may apply for currency conversion. Those extra costs are outside of our control and aren't reflected in the ticket price shown on the receipt.

Customer support was able to accommodate our request for change on the seating arrangement promptly.

Was wanting to book a train from Mumbai to Goa. Sadly you said all tickets gone before they went on sale.

After our connecting flight was postponed, the staff (Dita) was very helpful to change the booking of our ferry accordingly.

The customer support team contacted the bus company and reserved a specific seat for me on this journey so that I could enjoy the scenery to the max. Great service!

Apart from the easy booking, I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. The responses I received were prompt and clear.

Easy to book but my only concern is the ticket, we have to collect it at railway station 10 hours before travel.
We’re from overseas, not familiar where to collect the tickets.waste of time

Great service in handling booking issue with provider

Booking experience was fine till the insurance came up. Their insurance was a default setting, rather than an explicit choice. My bad, I didn’t notice it. The default choice should be no insurance.

12go Booking are user-friendly, but the Transportation Agent who provides ticket is too Bad (Rahel Transport).
