The overall assessment and video…

The overall assessment and video introduction were very helpful in understanding the company’s operations and expectations. I particularly appreciated the clear communication of the pay-for-work structure. More importantly, the company appears to have an employee-growth-centric approach rather than maintaining a purely transactional employer-employee relationship.
