No one to answer your calls. You are on the line for a very long time. Either no customer service or very poor support! I then emailed the support and 2 days has gone by and no one has bothered to answer my email despite a support ticket being raised. I'm thinking of cancelling my policy and going to another insurance company who will pick up the phone or answer your emails! Other customers also complain of long waiting times when making claims!

Simon was fantastic at Big Motoring World. He provided 1st class service. He was very helpful, polite and professional. Went through all the documents and explained everything in detail. He even setup my road tax and helped with my insurance. Made sure the car was valeted before handing the keys. Thank you Simon!
