Great customer service
We love our new HexClad pans. We had an issue with one of our pans shortly after purchasing it and they first suggested a way to easily resolve the issue. When we tried that and it didn't work they sent out a new pan to replace the one in question within hours of contacting their warranty department. Thank you for the great service!
