I bought sliding door (set) in Juni
I bought sliding door (set) in Juni. Unfortunately it is impossible to assemble this product in accordance with the delivered manual.
I wrote many times to customer service exactly what the problem is, I sent photos and videos showing the problem.
Their answers were looking like they never looked into detailed info I have sent. They didn't meet the maximal answers time. On the end, after over 1 month, I am left with a not properly manufactured product and without answer. It cause additional problems during my renovation ( delays, etc.)
