I don’t usually shop at ALO. I received the accolade crew neck pullover in xxs as a Mother’s Day gift . It did not fit well at all . unfortunately, I was not able to make it back to the store within the 30 day timeframe for returns. The store suggested I call customer service to see if they might be able to make an exception. The customer service team was exceedingly unhelpful. I explained I simply wanted to exchange the item for something that fit. In addition I explained that the item I wanted to return for something else was not a seasonal item and being in the color grey would easily be purchased by another customer. They could provide no decent explanation for refusing to allow an exchange past 30 days other than it being ALO policy. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything else at ALO again.
