Clothing labels made of shiny plastic
The labels for clothing are made of shiny plastic, and not a fabric/soft material as I would have expected. This wasn’t explicitly explained nor clearly pictured on the product page. Reached out to customer service but they shrugged it off and offered a 10% for my next purchase.

We are sorry to read that you have ordered the wrong labels. The labels you bought, are clothing stickers. These are to stick. You can also see on the pictures and read in the text at the product on the website when you ordered.
