My daughter gifted me $100 as a birthday gift.
I could not bring up this voucher on my phone. eventually nearly 5 months later, my niece who is computer savvy, took 20 mins to find the voucher, and bring it nut on my phone. Another friend had the same experience, and only after taking her phone into Spark, [who couldn’t find the voucher] and then Noel Leeming, was she able to bring up the voucher. Consequently I have advised family and friends not to use prezzee card.
