The problem with Audiophonic.fr is that their website advertises 72-hour delivery throughout Europe, which is not true. I placed an order on June 9th and only received it on June 17th.
Therefore, it's a lie, don't trust this website; all the shipping services they offer are standard. And their customer support is terrible.

We clearly state that delivery typically takes 3 days in Europe.
This does not mean that a 3-day delivery time is guaranteed.
Therefore, we were unable to grant your request for a refund of shipping costs.
If your order is urgent, we recommend choosing UPS Express delivery, which is an express delivery option.
This UPS service offers a delivery time guarantee but is slightly more expensive than DPD delivery.
