The bad news was that we had to make a claim post our Fiji boat charter. The good news was that Southern Cross provided an exceptional service in responding to this claim:
- the process itself was all on-line and super easy;
- we then heard back (from a real person!) within an hour of submitting the form;
- there were a couple of quick questions asked and then the claim was accepted and processed the following day, with payment received two business days after. All-in-all the claim was fully handled inside of a week of first lodging - simply amazing!
