They scammed my parents, took a large deposit and on the day claimed they were stuck in “traffic”. Horrible communication and then never showed up.
Then tried to force my parents to cancel so they could keep the deposit.
DO NOT BOOK.
EDIT- I have seen the booking confirmation and all the communication between both parties and can confirm you have scammed my mum, she has taken this further and has been in extreme financial and mental distress.

As you were not a party to the booking agreement, you do not have access to the full details of the communications, terms, and conditions that were agreed to by the customer prior to payment.
The booking was governed by our Terms and Conditions, which were accepted before the deposit was paid. Any decisions regarding the booking and deposit were made in accordance with those agreed terms and not arbitrarily.
We strongly reject the allegation that we "scammed" anyone. We are a legitimate business that operates under clear contractual terms which are provided to customers before they proceed with a booking.
We would also note that review platforms generally require reviews to be based on a genuine first-hand customer experience. As you were not the customer named on the booking and were not a party to the agreement, we do not believe this review accurately reflects a direct experience of our services.
We remain willing to engage directly with the customer regarding any concerns they may have and wish them the best moving forward.
