We still haven't received our shipment…

We still haven't received our shipment that was due the 4th of May. Nobody informs us, and to talk to someone one should have the patience to listen to an AI chat.
This is incredible. Total lack of ownership and of commitment.

Dear Joke,
Unfortunately, our local partner in Belgium has not yet managed to deliver the goods, even though the goods have been on the delivery truck several times.
We have now escalated the issue on management level and the local partner will contact you now to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

No sense of urgency

Ik wacht al meer dan een week op een zending vanuit Duitsland en niemand kan mij helpen. Niemand neemt zijn verantwoordelijkheid, niemand doet iets.
En ik wil helemaal niet spreken met een AI assistent in zo'n geval, ik wil iemand die mij helpt.
