Could be better
We started our activity as a company with Auto1 and everything went smoothly since the beginning. The delivery of cars and documents is pretty fast, the customer support is great. But we had some issues with a car, we consider that the car was not presented correctly. We opened a ticket and waited about a month and a half for a resolution. And the resolution was negative. After many back and forwards, we managed to agree upon the problems and everything was fine.
Only 3 stars because the amount of time spent with a complaint and initial lack of understanding and support.
