An absolutely terrible company.

I never received the flowers. To everyone reading this: do not use this company. Instead, choose Interflora or a reliable local florist.

I used Flores no Cais last week to organise a surprise, but unfortunately the flowers were never delivered. It’s important to note that I provided the team with my direct mobile number and very clear delivery instructions — it could not have been simpler. I also paid an additional fee for delivery within a specific time frame.

After about five days or so, with no update, I have now contacted my bank.

Once again, avoid Flores no Cais. They are simply terrible, and you will be disappointed.
